Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients: Start by gathering all your ingredients.
