Apple Maple Granola Cups

A delightful snack packed with flavor, these Apple Maple Granola Cups offer the warmth of home with crispy granola filled with juicy apples and maple syrup.

  • 2 apples, diced
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk or yogurt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 cup nuts or seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the muffin tin by lightly greasing or lining it.
  3. Mix the oats, diced apples, cinnamon, and nuts/seeds in a large bowl.
  4. Whisk the eggs, milk (or yogurt), and maple syrup (or honey) in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients and stir well.
  6. Fill each muffin cup to the top with the mixture.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and firm.
  8. Cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
