Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients to ensure everything is prepped and ready.
  2. Add the spinach to your blender.
  3. Pour in the coconut water.
  4. Toss in the frozen banana.
  5. Core and add the green apple.
  6. Slice the cucumber and add it.
