  • 2 Green Apples (cored and chopped)
  • 2 Kiwis (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 Cup of Spinach (optional)
  • 1 Cup of Almond Milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey (optional)
  • Ice Cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Wash apples and kiwis, core and chop apples, peel and chop kiwis, and wash spinach if using.
  2. Blend the base: In a blender, add apples, kiwis, and spinach (if using). Pour in almond milk.
  3. Sweeten the deal: Add honey to the blender and blend to taste.
  4. Ice, ice baby: Toss in ice cubes for a chilled texture if desired.
  5. Blend it together: Blend on high until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary.
  6. Taste and adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust ingredients if necessary.
  7. Serve and enjoy: Pour into glasses and garnish if desired.
