Quick and versatile easy wraps that are perfect for lunch, dinner, or snacking.

Ingredients

  • Tortillas (flour or corn)
  • Sliced turkey or chicken
  • Lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Cheese (optional)
  • Mustard or mayonnaise (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lay it out: Start by laying your tortilla flat on a clean surface or plate.
  2. Spread the love: If you’re using mustard or mayonnaise, spread a generous layer across the tortilla.
  3. Add your protein: Place a few slices of turkey or chicken directly on the tortilla.
  4. Layer on the greens: Pile on the lettuce and then add your sliced tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle in the cheese: If you’re feeling cheesy, now’s the time to add it!
  6. Wrap it up: Start at one end and fold it over your filling, tucking and rolling until it’s tight and secure.
  7. Slice and serve: Finally, slice the wrap in half diagonally for presentation.
