Easy No-Bake Lemon Tart

A refreshing and delightful no-bake lemon tart that brings sunshine to any gathering, capturing sweet and tart flavors in a creamy filling.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are fully coated.
  2. Press into a Tart Pan: Pour the crumb mixture into a tart pan and press the mixture firmly against the bottom and sides.
  3. Chill the Crust: Place the crust in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to firm up.
  4. Mix the Filling Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, fresh lemon juice, and lemon zest until well combined.
  5. Pour the Filling into the Crust: Pour the lemon filling into the chilled crust and spread it out evenly.
  6. Chill Again: Cover the tart and place it back in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes to set.
  7. Top with Whipped Cream: Once set, top with whipped cream just before serving.

Notes

For a unique twist, consider adding pureed berries, using a nutty crust, or drizzling with chocolate. This tart can be made a day in advance.
