Easy 3-Ingredient Watermelon Fudge

A delightful and colorful Watermelon Fudge treat that captures the essence of summer fun, perfect for gatherings.

  • 15-ounce Pillsbury Funfetti Frosting in Vibrant Green
  • 15-ounce Pillsbury Funfetti Frosting in Hot Pink
  • 24 ounces White Chocolate Chips (divided)
  • Optional: 1 cup miniature chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate chips: Place 18 ounces of the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave them in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  2. Mix in the frosting: Stir in the green frosting into the melted chocolate until fully combined.
  3. Pour the green mixture into a pan: Line an 8×8-inch dish with parchment paper and pour in the green fudge mixture, spreading it evenly.
  4. Let it set: Freeze the dish for about 15-20 minutes until just set.
  5. Repeat with the pink frosting: Melt the remaining 6 ounces of white chocolate and stir in the pink frosting until combined.
  6. Layer the pink fudge: Pour the pink fudge over the green layer and smooth it out.
  7. Return to the freezer: Freeze for another 20-30 minutes until everything is totally set.
  8. Cut and serve: Lift the fudge out of the pan and cut into squares.

Notes

For a healthier option, substitute white chocolate with Greek yogurt-based frosting. Store leftovers in an airtight container for about a week.
