Easy 3-Ingredient Watermelon Fudge

A vibrant and refreshing treat that brings summer nostalgia, made with just three simple ingredients!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 15 ounces Pillsbury Funfetti Frosting (Vibrant Green)
  • 15 ounces Pillsbury Funfetti Frosting (Hot Pink)
  • 24 ounces White Chocolate Chips (divided)

Instructions

  1. Melt the White Chocolate: Start by melting half of your white chocolate chips (12 ounces) in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted.
  2. Combine with Frosting: Once melted, take that vibrant green Funfetti frosting and mix it into the melted white chocolate until smooth.
  3. Spread the Green Layer: Pour the green fudge mixture into an 8×8-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper. Smooth it out and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Repeat with Pink Frosting: Melt the remaining white chocolate chips (12 ounces) and mix them with the hot pink Funfetti frosting until smooth.
  5. Add the Pink Layer: Spread the pink fudge mixture over the set green layer.
  6. Chill to Set: Refrigerate for another hour until completely firm.
  7. Slice and Serve: Remove from the dish and slice into squares to enjoy!
