Ingredients

  • 240 ml coconut water
  • 200g spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 green apple, cored
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your produce by washing spinach, cucumber, and fruits thoroughly.
  2. Load your blender by pouring in the coconut water first.
  3. Add the fruits: banana, green apple, pineapple, and mango.
  4. Squeeze in the lemon juice for brightness.
  5. Sprinkle chia seeds and spirulina powder into the blend.
  6. Blend on high until smooth, adjusting with more coconut water or ice if needed.
  7. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  8. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy the vibrant green goodness!
