  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the pears by peeling and coring them, slicing into thin wedges.
  3. Create the base by mixing flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a medium bowl.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl and whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
  5. Combine the mixtures by pouring the wet ingredients into the dry mix and gently stirring until just combined.
  6. Toss in the pear slices and fold them into the batter.
  7. Bake the mixture in a greased 9-inch baking dish for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
