Gratin de Crozets aux Lardons

A heartwarming and rustic dish featuring creamy crozets pasta and smoky lardons, perfect for sharing with loved ones.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 300 g of Crozets
  • 200 g of Smoked Lardons
  • 40 cl of Liquid Fresh Cream
  • Gruyère Cheese (quantity according to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crozets: Boil salted water and cook crozets until al dente (10-12 minutes).
  2. Cook the Lardons: In a non-stick pan, cook smoked lardons for 5-7 minutes until browned and crispy.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Drain crozets, return to pot, stir in lardons and pour in cream.
  4. The Cheese!: Grate Gruyère cheese and fold into the mixture.
  5. Assemble the Gratin: Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F), pour mixture into a baking dish, top with Gruyère.
  6. Bake and Enjoy: Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and golden.

Notes

Serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley or chives and a light green salad.
