Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Kale
  • 1 cup Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 1 large Orange
  • 1 cup Almond Milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by washing kale and removing stems.
  2. Load up your blender with the kale first.
  3. Toss in the frozen mango chunks.
  4. Squeeze in the orange by peeling and segmenting it.
  5. Pour in the almond milk.
  6. Blend until smooth.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add half an avocado. You can also use spinach as a substitute for kale.
