Poulet Crémeux Fromage Rigatoni

A creamy, cheesy pasta dish inspired by childhood family dinners, perfect for a cozy weeknight meal.

  • 12 oz Rigatoni Pasta
  • 2 large Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1.5 cups Shredded Cheese (mozzarella and Parmesan)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rigatoni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, drizzle olive oil. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Add the cooked rigatoni and sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss gently until everything is coated.
  7. Spoon the Poulet Crémeux Fromage Rigatoni onto plates. Garnish with fresh parsley and an extra sprinkle of cheese, if desired.

Notes

This dish can be made in advance and frozen. Just keep the sauce separate until you’re ready to serve.
