  • 46 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup milk (any type)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by peeling the bananas and slicing them into chunks.
  2. Pit the dates before adding them to the blender.
  3. Add the sliced bananas, pitted dates, and milk into the blender.
