  • Cooked chicken strips or bacon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by washing the romaine lettuce thoroughly, tearing it into bite-sized pieces, and placing it in a large salad bowl.
  2. Make your dressing if you’re going homemade by whisking together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking until emulsified, then add grated Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine the dressing with the chopped lettuce, tossing gently to coat.
