  • 2 large Sweet Potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the sweet potatoes by scrubbing them clean and slicing into fries.
  3. Toss the sweet potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the sweet potato fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  6. Cook the ground beef in a skillet with remaining olive oil, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, until browned.
  7. Serve the ground beef alongside the sweet potato fries, garnishing with parsley or green onions.
