Strawberry Piña Colada Punch

A vibrant and refreshing punch perfect for summer gatherings, combining sweet strawberries and pineapple with creamy coconut and a splash of coconut rum.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1½ cups cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez)
  • to 2 cups coconut rum
  • 34 cups crushed or nugget ice
  • Optional: Splash of pineapple juice or club soda
  • Garnish: Pineapple wedges, strawberry slices, cocktail umbrellas

Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients together in your workspace.
  2. Blend the diced pineapple, sliced strawberries, frozen orange juice concentrate, and cream of coconut until smooth.
  3. Add the coconut rum and blend briefly to combine.
  4. Ice, add crushed ice and blend until slushy. Adjust thickness with pineapple juice or club soda if needed.
  5. Taste your punch and adjust sweetness with coconut or rum if desired.
  6. Serve the punch in a large bowl or pitcher, ladling it into glasses.

Notes

For added flavor, you can freeze fruit pieces in ice cubes or garnish your glasses with shredded coconut and fruit slices.
