The Ultimate Kale Juice

A vibrant and refreshing kale juice that combines the goodness of kale with sweet fruits for a delicious drink.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing them thoroughly and chopping them into manageable pieces.
  2. Add the chopped kale to your juicer, or if using a blender, blend it with a splash of water until smooth.
  3. Next up, toss in your apple, orange, lemon, cucumber, and ginger. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother juice. Save the pulp for smoothies!
  5. Pour your kale juice into a glass, add ice if desired, stir, and enjoy!

Notes

To keep your kale juice fresh, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
