Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Wash and scrub the baby potatoes. Boil until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and keep warm.
  2. Preheat the Grill: Plug in the raclette grill or set your oven to broil.
  3. Slice the Raclette Cheese: Cut into thick slices for the raclette pans.
  4. Roast Your Vegetables: Toss fresh veggies in olive oil, salt, and pepper and roast at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes.
