Instructions
Prep the Ingredients: Boil your new potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (about 15-20 minutes). While they’re cooking, slice your Raclette cheese into uniform 8mm thick slices, making sure they’re ready to melt!
Grill Preparation: If you have a Raclette grill, set it up in the center of your dining table — it’s all about the experience! If not, a regular tabletop grill or even a good cast-iron skillet will work just as well.
Cook the Bacon and Sausages: In a frying pan, cook your bacon until crispy, then set it aside. Next, grill the chipolata sausages until they’re golden brown and cooked through.
Grill Your Veggies: After the meat is done, toss your courgettes and red capsicum on the grill until they’re slightly charred.
Melting the Cheese: Place the sliced Raclette cheese under the grill or in a small pan set over low heat, watching it closely until it’s deliciously melty.
Arrange the Dishes: As the cheese is melting, arrange the potatoes, bacon, sausages, and grilled veggies on a large platter.
Dig In! Grab a plate, take a boiled potato, pile on some Raclette cheese, add bacon, sausages, and veggies, then finish with cornichons and any sauces you like.

Embrace creativity! Each bite should be a fun fusion of flavors.
