Irresistibly Easy Peach Pecan Bread

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups sliced peaches
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix together the all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Combine the milk, canola oil, and eggs in another bowl until well mixed.
  4. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry mix, stirring just until combined.
  5. Add in the sliced peaches and chopped pecans, folding gently.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
