Avalanche Cookies

Avalanche Cookies are a delightful blend of creamy peanut butter, crunchy Rice Krispies, and gooey marshmallows, capturing the sweetness of childhood memories.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond Bark
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Prep Work: Start by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Use a microwave-safe bowl to melt the almond bark in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  3. Once the almond bark is melted, stir in the creamy peanut butter until well combined.
  4. Now fold in the Rice Krispies and mini marshmallows gently with a spatula.
  5. With a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and shape it into mounds on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Pop the baking sheet in the fridge for about 30 minutes, or until the cookies are set.
  7. Once set, enjoy your delightful Avalanche Cookies!
