BBQ Chicken Coleslaw Wraps

A deliciously nostalgic wrap filled with shredded chicken, tangy BBQ sauce, and crisp coleslaw.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: In a large bowl, combine your shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce. Mix until the chicken is fully coated.
  2. Make the slaw: In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss in the coleslaw mix.
  3. Warm the tortillas: Warm your tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat or microwave for 20 seconds.
  4. Assemble the wraps: On each tortilla, add a scoop of BBQ chicken followed by a handful of coleslaw. Add cilantro and green onions if desired.
  5. Wrap it up: Fold in the sides and roll up from the bottom.
  6. Serve and enjoy: Cut the wraps in half and serve with extra BBQ sauce for dipping.
