  • 2 cups Rice

  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by chopping chicken into bite-sized pieces and washing the mixed vegetables.
  2. Cook the rice: In a pot, combine rice and water, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Sauté the chicken in oil over medium-high heat until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
