Avalanche Cookies

Indulgent Avalanche Cookies combining creamy peanut butter, crunchy rice cereals, and sweet joy of white chocolate and marshmallows.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 3 cups rice crispy cereal
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by cleaning and organizing.
  2. Mix 1 cup of peanut butter and 1/2 cup of honey (or maple syrup) in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Add 3 cups of rice crispy cereal and fold well to combine.
  4. Fold in 1 cup of white chocolate chips and 1 cup of mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  5. Form small balls with the mixture and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30–60 minutes to help set.
  7. Coat the cookies in 1/2 cup of powdered sugar before serving.
