A vibrant and colorful salad filled with Italian cured meats, cheeses, and fresh vegetables, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Salami
  • Prosciutto
  • Pepperoni
  • Fresh mozzarella balls
  • Tomatoes
  • Olives (kalamata and green)
  • Roasted red peppers
  • Pepperoncini
  • Red onion
  • Italian vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by chopping them to desired sizes.
  2. Layer the salami, prosciutto, and pepperoni at the bottom of a large bowl, followed by mozzarella balls, tomatoes, olives, and roasted red peppers.
  3. Add the pepperoncini and thinly sliced red onion.
  4. Drizzle the Italian vinaigrette over the salad.
  5. Toss gently and serve.

Notes

For a fresh touch, garnish with parsley or basil. Allowing the salad to sit for 30 minutes enhances the flavors.
