Ingredients

  • Raclette Cheese (or Gruyère)
  • Baby Potatoes
  • Assorted Vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, onions)
  • Pickles (Cornichons)
  • Cured Meats (prosciutto, salami, smoked ham, or marinated tofu)
  • Fresh Herbs (chives, rosemary, thyme)
  • Olive Oil or Garlic Butter
  • Spices (smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic powder)

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Potatoes: Wash baby potatoes, boil in salted water for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  2. Grill Your Veggies: Slice vegetables, drizzle with olive oil or garlic butter, grill for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Cheese: Slice raclette cheese and melt in a raclette grill or oven on low broil.
