  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • 1/23/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Optional: 1 scoop (about 28 grams) vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  1. Add the rolled oats to your blender.
  2. Toss in the frozen banana.
  3. Spoon in the peanut butter.
  4. Pour in the almond milk.
  5. Sprinkle in the ground cinnamon.
  6. Add the protein powder if using.
