  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by trimming any excess fat and cutting it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Make the marinade by combining garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
  3. Marinate the chicken in a resealable bag or dish, ensuring it’s well coated, for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Assemble the skewers by threading the chicken pieces onto skewers with a little space between them.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 5-7 minutes on each side until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Serve and enjoy, garnished with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.

Notes

For extra flavor, reserve some marinade to baste the skewers while grilling. You can also add vegetables to the skewers for a colorful presentation.
