Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs

Delicious and flavorful teriyaki chicken kabobs perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 onion, cut into squares
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken cubes and teriyaki sauce. Toss it gently to coat. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prep your ingredients: While the chicken marinates, chop your veggies into similar-sized pieces.
  3. Assemble the kabobs: Grab your skewers and alternate threading the chicken, pineapple, bell pepper, and onion onto the skewer.
  4. Grill the kabobs: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning them every few minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve and enjoy: Once cooked, remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

Let the chicken marinate longer for enhanced flavor. Use fresh ingredients for best results.
