Tasty Tuna Omelette

A comforting and flavorful tuna omelette that’s perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Can of Tuna (drained)
  • 1/4 Cup of Diced Onion
  • 1/4 Cup of Diced Bell Peppers
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • Olive Oil or Butter (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients by dicing onions and bell peppers, and draining the tuna.
  2. Whisk the eggs in a bowl until frothy, adding salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or butter.
  4. Sauté the diced onions and bell peppers for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the drained tuna to the skillet and stir for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Pour the whisked eggs over the mixture, tilting the pan to spread evenly.
  7. Flip the omelette once the edges set, folding it in half.
  8. Plate the omelette, adding fresh herbs or hot sauce if desired.
