  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Shrimp: Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Make the Garlic Butter: In a small skillet over low heat, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Combine It All: In a bowl, mix the shrimp with the garlic butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Heat the Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the Shrimp: Cook the shrimp skewers for about 2-3 minutes per side until opaque and pink.
  6. Garnish & Serve: Remove from grill, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
