Mango Avocado Salad

A refreshing and vibrant salad featuring ripe mangoes and creamy avocado, perfect for summer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 red capsicum, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather Your Ingredients
  2. Dice the Mangoes
  3. Chop the Avocado
  4. Mix in the Capsicum and Cucumber
  5. Toss in the Fresh Coriander
  6. Squeeze the Lime
  7. Season to Taste
  8. Chill and Serve

Notes

Best served fresh. Can be made ahead of time, but toss together just before serving to prevent browning of the avocado.
