High Protein Pepperoni Pizza Rolls

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and roll out the pizza dough on a floured countertop.
  2. Combine pepperoni, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Roll the dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick and cut into squares.
  4. Fill each square with the cheesy mixture and seal tightly.
  5. Brush the rolls with egg wash and place them on a baking sheet.
