Garlic Chicken Alfredo Flatbread Pizza

A comforting and flavorful Garlic Chicken Alfredo Flatbread Pizza that’s perfect for casual dinners or quick lunches.

Ingredients

  • 500g Chicken (diced)
  • 12 tablespoons Chicken Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 30g Butter
  • 30g Plain Flour
  • 200ml Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard (optional)
  • 120g Cheese (mix of Cheddar and Mozzarella)
  • 2 Flatbreads
  • 1 tablespoon Butter (for brushing)
  • 1 Clove Garlic (minced)
  • Fresh Parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the diced chicken with the chicken seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. In the same skillet, lower the heat and add 30g of butter.
  5. Sprinkle in the flour and stir for about a minute until combined and bubbly.
  6. Gradually whisk in the milk until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
  7. Stir in the mustard (if using) and half of your cheese into the sauce.
  8. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  9. Brush the flatbreads with melted butter.
  10. Spoon the Alfredo sauce onto the flatbreads and top with the sautéed chicken and remaining cheese.
  11. Pop them in the oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
  12. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the top before serving.
