Easy Cookies and Cream Protein Shake

A deliciously decadent shake that blends creaminess with nostalgic cookies and cream flavors, packed with protein.

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (preferably PEScience Gourmet Vanilla)
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened Vanilla almond milk
  • 4 Oreo thin cookies
  • Additional Oreo cookies (crushed, for garnish)
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate syrup (for drizzling)
  • Vanilla ice cream (optional)
  • Mint extract or mint Oreos (optional)
  • Cocoa powder (optional)
  • Xanthan gum (optional, to thicken)

Instructions

  1. Place the ingredients into the blender, starting with vanilla protein powder, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and Oreo cookies. Add ice cream and mint extract if desired.
  2. Blend the mixture on medium speed until it’s smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste the shake and adjust sweetness with chocolate syrup or cocoa powder if necessary.
  4. Add xanthan gum for a thicker shake if desired, then blend again.
  5. Garnish the shake in a glass with whipped cream and crushed Oreos, finishing with a drizzle of chocolate syrup.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with flavors or substitutes—add peanut butter, berries, or coffee for unique variations.
