Instructions

  2. Chop the Mango: Cut the mango in half lengthwise, avoiding the pit. Scoop out the flesh and cut it into similar-sized cubes as the avocado.
  3. Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and olive oil. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, gently toss the chopped avocado and mango. Drizzle the dressing and mix carefully.
