  • 1 lb Farfalle pasta
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes (quartered)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp Ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the farfalle pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente (about 10-12 minutes). Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water.
  2. Fry the bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, add the thick-cut bacon strips. Cook until crispy and golden (about 8-10 minutes). Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.
  3. Assemble the dressing: In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  4. Combine the salad: Add the cooled pasta, chopped romaine lettuce, quartered cherry tomatoes, and crumbled bacon into the mixing bowl. Gently fold everything together until well-coated.
  5. Chill and serve: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
